GUDP
GUDP (Green Development and Demonstration Programme) is a programme under the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries that supports innovative projects promoting green and economically sustainable development in the food sector.
The programme may be relevant if you:
- Work within agriculture, food, fisheries or aquaculture
- Want to develop or demonstrate new green solutions
- Focus on sustainability, resource efficiency or food quality
- Have a project with both commercial and societal potential
Our role:
We help you develop the project’s green and commercial potential and prepare an application that clearly demonstrates its value for both the company and the food sector.

Project management and delivery
We keep the project on track, so you can focus on the innovation.
When projects involve several partners, activities and requirements, strong project management is essential to maintaining direction and momentum.
We create the framework needed to deliver complex projects with clarity, defined roles and a shared sense of direction.
What you gain:
- Reliable project management across EU and national programmes
- Structured reporting, progress management and portfolio overview
- Clear communication and coordination across larger consortia and partnerships
- Project monitoring and reporting
Strategic collaborations
We helped develop the research strategy for Campus Kalundborg, laying the groundwork for stronger links between education, research and industry.

Funding is often only one part of a broader strategic process.
We help develop projects, so they are well-positioned for collaboration, visibility and long-term impact.
This often involves bringing several strands together: academic or technical ambitions, organisational considerations and potential partners.
Our work can form part of a funding process, but it can also stand alone as a strategic engagement, where there is a need to create direction, alignment and a shared foundation for further development.
What you gain:
- Clear strategies for partnerships and consortia
- Stronger positioning and long-term sustainability
- A stronger foundation for complex collaborations
- Clear and concise communication

Our focus is always on delivering high-quality work and measurable results.
We take pride in seeing our clients bring their innovations to life by turning them into new jobs, stronger businesses and increased Danish exports.
We are equally proud when our work helps create new solutions and translate them into value for society.
