Innovation Fund Denmark
Industrial PhD Crack the Code
Do you know the possibilities in Innovation Fund Denmark’s industrial PhD program?
The software technology company Deon Digital Denmark and University of Copenhagen (DIKU) have initiated a collaboration on an industrial PhD project with support from Innovation Fund Denmark. As part of the cooperation Tobias Hallundbæk Petersen is employed by Deon Digital Denmark and at the same time enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the University of Copenhagen.
For the next three years, Tobias will connect a strong Danish research position within database and blockchain technology with commercial applications. Innvite ApS has provided advice on the application.
Since its inception in 2017 Deon Digital Denmark has managed to create a strong brand within advanced software technology and application development with a focus on smart digital contract management. Tobias is now strengthening that area with applied research into scalable decentralized data management. The goal is to create a new Danish position of strength within smart digital contracts, a fast-growing world-wide market for fully digitalized platforms in finance, insurance, mobility and more.
