We need Danish startups with courage and strong skills in a challenging time. ParticleTech has it all.
In just a single year, the ParticleTech team has attracted multinational customers from France, Spain, Switzerland, and Germany, focusing on optical 3D scanning technology. ParticleTech expertise is in crystallization, fermentation, and flocculation processes for bio and food production.
Common for all large, international customers is that they want better use of raw materials in their global production processes. The additional gains are higher product quality and less environmental impact. Danish technology now contributes to all of this – even though the technology has been developed primarily for laboratories that monitor production processes.
Now, a new chapter has been added to the story! In a new Innobooster project, the Innovation Fund has chosen to support ParticleTech’s further development, defying the standstill under COVID-19.
The project goal is to take the patented ParticleTech technology to the next level, where the groundbreaking solutions are implemented into the challenging production environments. It is in real production environments that unintended changes in production conditions quickly leads to huge losses of efficiency and negative environmental effects. Now the move from a controlled laboratory setting to an inherently more complex, large-scale production will be made, with potentially great benefits to ParticleTech and the Danish society at large.
